• Content and activity such as workouts, routines, videos, follows, subscriptions, calendar activity, messages or form submissions if those features are enabled, and related usage signals.
• Payment and payout information handled through Stripe, including customer IDs, subscription IDs, checkout status, connected account status, and payout-related metadata. Aethos Training does not store full card numbers.
• Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, analytics events, and logs used to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use information

• To provide Aethos Training features, including accounts, coach pages, memberships, content access, athlete libraries, checkout, subscriptions, and creator payouts.
• To personalize the experience, show followed coaches and saved routines, verify access to subscription-only content, and improve product performance.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, troubleshoot bugs, respond to support requests, enforce our terms, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
• To send service messages such as account, payment, subscription, security, or policy updates. Marketing messages, if added later, should include an opt-out where required.

How we share information

• With service providers that help operate Aethos Training, such as hosting, database, analytics, authentication, payment, payout, email, security, and support vendors.
• With Stripe when needed to process payments, manage subscriptions, onboard creators, support payouts, handle disputes, and meet financial compliance requirements.
• With coaches and athletes as needed to provide the service, such as showing a coach subscription status, followed coach relationships, or content ownership.
• When required by law, legal process, safety needs, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights and security of Aethos Training, users, creators, or the public.

Choices and controls

• You can update many account details in settings and manage payment methods or subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal where available.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by using the support channel provided in your account.
• Some information may be retained when needed for legal, security, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
• Browser settings may let you limit cookies or tracking technologies, but some features may not work correctly without required cookies.

Security and retention

• Aethos Training uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
• No online service can guarantee perfect security. Users should protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
• We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain records.

Children and sensitive information

• Aethos Training is not intended for children under 13. Users under the age of majority should use Aethos Training only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
• Do not upload sensitive health, medical, financial, government ID, or other highly sensitive information unless Aethos Training specifically asks for it through a secure partner flow.
• Fitness content on Aethos Training is not medical care. Users should consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program when appropriate.

Changes and contact

Aethos Training may update this policy as the product, vendors, laws, or business needs change. The updated date will show when the policy was last revised. Questions or privacy requests should be sent through the support channel provided in your account or on the Aethos Training website.
